AutoNetwork, Inc. Exclusive Video Dealer Directory Advertising Agreement.
This agreement is between AutoNetwork, Inc. (Host)
with its offices at 5924 Amity Springs Drive,
Charlotte, N.C. 28212 and ____________________________________________
(Exclusive Advertiser) with its offices at:

Thirty days written notice to AutoNetwork,
Inc. to cancel. No Refunds.
The Host Agrees To:
1. Display Advertiser's web site for Make selected (Ford, Chevrolet, etc.) with City & State in AutoNetwork's Video Dealer Directory (VDD).
2. Display Advertiser based on Advertising/Sponsorship, Gold, Silver or Platinum.
3. Advertiser will be listed locally for Advertiser's City & State on Video Dealer Directory Map.
The Advertiser Agrees
To:
1. Remit Total Advertising Fee
with signed agreement.
2. Provide 15 second - 60 second TV Commercial in DVD format if Silver or Platinum selected.
3. Offer AutoNetwork customers competitve price on all vehicles.
Term - 12 Month Agreement:
